Protocol: How Control Exists after Decentralization (Leonardo Book Series) - Alexander R. Galloway

I'd love to write a review of this book, particularly since I just had to extend the library loan on it (luckily there's not a waiting list!).

Because I have no idea where on earth I put it down last time I was reading it, and it's making me mad, because it was really good.

I really hope I'm not the only person who does this, puts down a half finished book and forgets where. I once lost a Dresden novel for a good three weeks, before finding it in the china cabinet, where I'd put it down while putting away a soup tureen. So far, I've never found a book in the fridge, but since I found my phone there only last week, that's only a matter of time.

FML. I think it's under a pile of papers on my other office desk, 200 miles the other direction from where I'm sitting right now--on the other hand, this morning when I was coming here, I was quite sure it was on THIS desk.
